The Suburban Art League is a non-profit corporation, formed on the 28th day of August in 1963. The association was formed to increase cooperation among artists, art students and all others engaged in artistic activities; to provide a registry of artists; to hold competitions and exhibitions; and to promote the study, improvement and appreciation of the arts.
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month Sept. through June at 7:00 PM at the Syosset Woodbury Community Center at 7800 Jericho Tpke., Woodbury, NY. for professional AND free art demonstrations in various mediums. Join us, and maybe even win a prize at our monthly drawing!
